Quick answers based on LandLord’s application, welcome and move-out processes.

Use the Tenant Support form and enter the same email address LandLord already has on file for your tenancy. The form is intended for current LandLord tenants.

Include your full property address and unit number, a clear description of the issue, photos or videos when available, and your best contact information. Non-urgent requests should be submitted in writing to your Account Manager.

Examples include loss of heat, water or power; an active leak or flooding; and fire or other safety concerns. For after-hours emergencies, call 416-462-3800 and use extension 5.

No. Rental applications must be submitted through the LandLord application portal. You can save your progress and return to complete it later.

Yes. Every applicant over the age of 18 must submit their own application. A guarantor must also complete their own portion after receiving the invitation.

Check your spam or junk folder first. The activation link remains active for 24 hours. If it expires, register again or request a new activation link.

Clear and clean the entire unit and any storage areas, transfer or cancel utilities, provide a forwarding address, coordinate the inspection, and return all keys, fobs, access cards and laundry cards. The full checklist is included in the Move-Out Package.

The move-out inspection takes place after the unit has been fully vacated and cleaned, typically the day after the tenancy ends. A separate pre-vacating inspection may also be scheduled before the move-out date.
