From Bungalow to Fourplex.
A complete rethinking of an existing Toronto property—from a single-storey bungalow into four self-contained homes.
This single-storey bungalow was fully transformed into a modern fourplex, creating two front and two rear units arranged across two-level layouts. The scope included structural expansion and full upgrades to the building's electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation and interior systems.
