This project began with a modest single-storey bungalow that no longer met the needs of modern urban living. Our team managed a complete transformation, adding a full second storey and reconfiguring the interior into a multi-unit residence.

From the outset, structural reinforcement was key. We carefully removed the original roof and framed new load-bearing walls to support the additional level. Precision was essential as we tied the new structure into the existing brickwork while ensuring the building remained stable throughout construction.

Once the shell was in place, we focused on functionality and flow. Each unit was planned with efficient layouts, incorporating open-concept kitchens, modern bathrooms, and private living spaces. High-quality finishes, including engineered flooring, quartz countertops, and sleek cabinetry, were installed to bring durability and style.

The exterior also received a major update, replacing the dated bungalow façade with a sharp, contemporary elevation. Clean lines, larger windows, and updated materials gave the property a striking curb appeal while maintaining harmony with the surrounding neighbourhood.
