The LandLord office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Requests submitted outside office hours will be reviewed when the office reopens.
The Client Portal gives owners access to key information about managed properties, including portfolio activity, property and tenant details, financial records, documents, inspections, insurance information and account contacts.
Sign in to the Client Portal to review available monthly and year-end statements, invoices, rent information and property documents. When asking about a specific item, include the property address and relevant statement period or document name.
Current clients should receive ongoing emails related to their management relationship, including notifications, compliance reminders and account updates. First check your junk or spam folder, confirm that LandLord emails have not been blocked, and add our domain to your safe-sender list. If messages are still missing, submit a request so our team can confirm the email address on file and review what may be happening on the back end.
Submit a request and include the property address, unit number, a clear description of the issue, when it began and any available photos or supporting information. Complete details help the team route and review the request more efficiently.
Use the support form to contact your Account Manager. Include the property and unit, the tenant or tenancy involved, relevant dates and your specific question. Your Account Manager can coordinate with the appropriate leasing or operations team.
Review the available financial information in the Client Portal first. If clarification is still needed, identify the property, statement month, invoice or transaction in question. Providing the exact date and amount, when available, will help the accounting team investigate.
Use the available document-upload option in the Client Portal when applicable, or submit a request to your Account Manager. Identify the property, document type and effective or renewal date so the team can update the correct record.
