Property Management · Burlington, ON
Burlington consistently ranks among Canada's best places to live — a lakeside city with strong schools, a walkable downtown, and easy GO Train access to Toronto and Hamilton. LandLord manages Burlington rentals with pricing and screening built around the professionals and families this city attracts.
Who Rents in Burlington
Burlington tenants tend to be established professionals and families prioritizing schools and lake access — that shapes how we screen and market a listing here.
Estimate Your Management FeesWhy LandLord
Burlington's rental base skews toward professionals and families who chose the city for its schools, waterfront, and commuter access — a different renter profile than a downtown Toronto condo. Screening and marketing need to reflect that.

When a tenancy becomes eligible for an increase, the management team confirms the applicable rules, prepares the required notice and sends it within the required timeline, based on the owner’s instructions.
