This unit had been managed by LandLord for over a decade, with several tenants moving in and out over the years. By early 2018, it was clear the space needed some much-deserved care and attention. When the previous tenants gave notice, LandLord Renovations Inc. presented the owner with a plan to modernize the unit and boost its rental value.

Once approved, the team began a full renovation, starting with the removal of all carpets, kitchen cabinets, and appliances. New subflooring was secured where needed, followed by the installation of fresh flooring throughout.

The unit was upgraded with modern lighting, including pot lights, and the breaker panel was relocated for improved functionality. Comfort was enhanced with the addition of a ductless AC unit.

A brand-new kitchen and bathroom were installed, complete with sleek cabinetry, quartz counters, a new vanity, and condo-style appliances. The project was finished with a fresh coat of paint, leaving the unit brighter, more functional, and ready to attract quality tenants.
