What services can LandLord help me with?

LandLord works with rental property owners and investors across property management, tenant placement, real estate advisory and brokerage, renovations, and design-build projects. Select the service that most closely matches your needs in the contact form, and the enquiry will be directed to the appropriate team.

Which areas do you serve?

LandLord provides property management services across Toronto and many surrounding Greater Toronto Area communities. Coverage varies by service and property type, so include the property city in your enquiry or review our property management service area.

What types of properties can I contact you about?

You can use the form to enquire about condo apartments and townhouses, detached and semi-detached homes, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, larger multiplexes, laneway or garden suites, commercial or mixed-use properties, land, and properties that require strategic advice.

Can you help if my rental property is already tenanted?

Yes. When reviewing a potential management assignment, the team considers the property’s current status, including whether it is vacant or occupied, the existing tenancy, property records and any operational priorities. Include those details in the form so the consultation can focus on the correct next steps.

Do you offer tenant placement without ongoing property management?

Yes. Tenant placement is available as a distinct service for owners who need help marketing a rental, screening applicants and securing a tenant. Owners can also enquire about combining tenant placement with ongoing full-service property management.

What happens after I submit the contact form?

A member of the appropriate LandLord team will review your enquiry and contact you to learn more about the property, its location and current status, the service you need and your ownership goals. From there, the team can explain the relevant process and next steps.

What information should I include in my enquiry?

Include the property type and city, whether it is vacant or tenanted, the approximate number of units, the service you are considering and any immediate priorities. Adding the best time to reach you helps the team prepare for the first conversation.

Where should current clients and tenants request support?

The main contact form is intended for new service enquiries. Current property-management clients should use the Client Support page. Current tenants who need maintenance or tenancy assistance should use the Tenant Support page. People looking for an available rental should enquire through the relevant property on the Listings page.
