With over 15 years of experience, his work has been shaped by serving clients at the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB), managing large-scale leasing activity across diverse rental portfolios, navigating municipal zoning and permitting processes for small developments, and operating as a landlord of multi-unit income properties in Toronto.
He has also contributed to the industry through his past service with TRREB, where he held positions as Vice Chair of the Arbitration Committee and as a Mediator.
