Recently we worked with Gotham, Brian, and Rekha to complete a kitchen/bathroom renovation on our own home. The experience was spectacular. They have a great sense of design and completed the project on budget and in the same timeline they committed to from the start. Friends and family warned me that living through a renovation was going to be difficult, but truth be told we found it quite good. Hats off to this whole team. Our organization has been engaged with Landlord for about three months. We acquired a property in Ontario that we had never seen as we are in a different province. Landlord took on everything! They fully inspected the property, made suggestions to get it into shape for renting, ensured the property was cleaned, emptied of its junk, and brought up to safety standards.
