Our organization has been engaged with Landlord for about three months. We acquired a property in Ontario that we had never seen as we are in a different province. Landlord took on everything! They fully inspected the property, made suggestions to get it into shape for renting, ensured the property was cleaned, emptied of its junk, and brought up to safety standards.
