Annex Multi-Residential

Our client tasked us with finding an investment property in the Annex that could be used as executive furnished rentals with at least three units. Our brokerage facilitated the purchase of this property for our client.

It was a fixer-upper that needed to be gutted down to the brick wall on all sides, the basement needed to be underpinned as well. We took on the challenge and added a third story on the building and created an extra 1000 square feet of space, thereby making it a three-unit property with over 4000 sq feet of livable space split into a 2-bed room basement suite, a 2 bedroom main floor suite and 2000 square foot three-bedroom, three-bathroom two floors second/third-floor suite. Each unit has its separate entrance and outdoor space.

The upper suite has a deck off the master bedroom, with a wall to wall walk-in closet, 5 pc master ensuite with tub, shower and double vanity. Exquisite finishes in all suites and all done in 13 months with permits issued by the City of Toronto. This property was also furnished by Landlord Renovations Inc.
