Brandon’s long-time specialization in residential/commercial property management has resulted in a focus trading exclusively in income properties for landlords selling & buying in the Toronto region. Brandon’s work has been strongly influenced by 15+ years serving clients at the Landlord and Tenant Board, handling large-volume leasing activity for a wide range of rentals, navigating municipal the zoning/permits process for small developments, and being a landlord of multi-unit income properties in Toronto. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board’s Arbitration Committee, as well as serving as a TRREB Mediator.
