RENT COLLECTION
Sit back. We collect rent, pay the bills, and wire your net proceeds every month.
Late cheques, bounced e-transfers, manual catch-ups, bill reconciliations, trust-account worries—collecting rent can feel like a full-time job. You end up juggling banking portals, chasing tenants, and scrambling for accurate records at tax time.
With over 30 years in the GTA rental market, we know the Residential Tenancies Act inside-out—and we’ve handled every scenario it throws at us. From missed payments and disputed notices to urgent LTB filings and formal evictions, our team steps in quickly with fully compliant documentation and a clear action plan.
You don’t have to worry about knowing the rules or missing a deadline—we’ve seen it all, and we’ll navigate any hiccup on your behalf.
Online Rent Collection allows tenants to pay rent digitally, ensuring faster payments and reducing the hassle of checks or cash.
With Automated Rent Collection, payments are scheduled to process on time each month, helping landlords maintain consistent cash flow and minimizing late rent.
In most cases we collect rent on the first of the month. Although, there are special cases where we collect rent on the 15th or at other times.
Tenants can make their payment in-app or online, or any way that is easiest for them including pre-authorized debit, online bill payment (using banking app), or cheque. We offer multiple options to try to make paying rent as easy as possible for our tenants.
After paying bills and fees for the rental property, the net income will be directly deposited into an account specified by you. You will also be provided with financial reporting and invoices via our online portal.
In most cases, you will receive your rental income in the first week of the following month. Normally, rent is paid on the first of the month, our team will manage your monthly finances, and then deposit the net income into a bank account.
