Does the promotion cover all property costs?
No. Only management and non-resident fees are waived. Regular ownership costs (repairs, maintenance, taxes, insurance, utilities) are always billed to the owner. We’ll coordinate and manage these on your behalf.
What if I already own a property?
This promotion applies to new purchases through our realty division. But if you already own, ask us about our management packages.
I’m already a management client. Does this promotion apply if I buy another property?
Yes. If you’re a current client and purchase an additional property through our realty division, that property will qualify for 12 months of free management. Your existing properties will continue under their standard management agreements.
Do you manage all property types?
Yes. Condos, houses, townhomes, triplexes, fourplexes, and larger multiplexes.
What happens after the free year ends?
You’ll continue with our standard management fees. By then, you’ll have already experienced the value we bring.
Is there a minimum property value to qualify for this promotion?
There is no strict minimum value. The promotion applies to any property purchased through our realty division, whether it’s a condo, house, or multi-unit dwelling. Our team will guide you toward the right investment opportunities.
Does the promotion apply if I buy outside Toronto or the GTA?
This promotion covers properties purchased within our management service areas. If you’re considering an investment outside of the GTA, reach out to confirm eligibility.
Do pre-construction purchases qualify?
Yes, pre-construction properties purchased through our realty division are eligible. The free management period will begin once the property is ready for occupancy and under management.
Is there a time limit on this offer?

What if I want to build a multiplex with you? Does the promotion apply?
Yes. If you partner with our design-build team to construct a new multiplex, the property qualifies for the same promotion. Once the project is complete and under management, you’ll receive 12 months of free property management for that building.
