Rental Application

Thank you for taking the time to view and apply for a property managed by LandLord Property & Rental Management Inc. Below, you will find instruction on how to submit your application and supporting documentation. Once you have read the instructions in full, you will have the option to move on to filling out our PDF application form.

Before You Begin

Please note that each person over the age of 18 will need to submit a completed application package, including an application form and all applicable supporting documentation. This includes occupants, guarantors, spouses, adult children, etc.

Step One: Supporting Documentation

Please ensure that you have the following items on-hand before beginning to fill in the application form:

  • A desktop or laptop computer. Please note that the application cannot be completed from your phone.
  • Government-issued ID.
  • Proof of Income or other supporting documentation (click here for more information).
  • Your housing/rental history, including current landlord’s name and phone number (if applicable).
  • Your current supervisor’s name and phone number (if applicable).
  • Your full credit report (Equifax preferred), showing score, accounts, payment history, collections, etc.

*Please note that, if your application is approved, we will pull a credit report at our own expense to verify the information reported.
**A lack of any one of the above is not viewed negatively, as the qualification process considers all applicable information.

Step Two: The Application Form

You will need to complete the application form in full. Once you have read and agreed to these instructions, you will be taken to the application form.

  • You can print out the blank application OR fill it out and save it as a PDF.
  • Please note that every section must be filled out or your application will not be processed.

STEP THREE: SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

Send the following items by e-mail to [email protected]:

  1. The completed application forms
  2. Government-issued photo ID
  3. Proof of income
  4. Credit Report

To assist our staff with processing, we ask that you:

  • Set the subject line:
    “Application for 123 Example Street”
  • Introduce yourself:
    “My name is Jake Smith and I am applying for 123 Example Street.”
  • Label your documents:
    “Jake Smith_Employment Letter”

 *Please note that every applicable section must be filled out or your application will not be processed.

STEP FOUR: PROCESSING

Over the next three business days, your application will be reviewed.

During this time, we will reach out to your references and verify any other information needed for qualification purposes. We reserve the right to verify your credit information by pulling our own report at any time during this process.

STEP FIVE: THE OUTCOME

Once a decision about your application has been made, you will be contacted with notice as to whether your application has been accepted or declined.

If Approved:

You will be required to submit a deposit & sign the lease agreement within 24 Hours.

If Declined:

The Landlord shall not be required to give reasons therefore.
